Where to get Command Line Client

FYI, in the FAQ under Security at the SETI@Home website:

"The client/screensaver is available for download only from this web page - we do not support SETI@home software obtained elsewhere."

Now, maybe they need to update their FAQ, but I just wanted to point this out.

😉

You are absolutely correct in pointing that out, networkman. 😉

Do you think I ought to remove the link I created? I have already but I could put it back. I got it from some of our help threads.

Of course, S@H also says WUs stay with the team when someone leaves and we know that is not correct either. :Q

Well guess what I just discovered! The link from cdrom IS the same link that you get when you go to Seti@Home.

So KouklatheCat, this is the easiest thing I can setup for you. Click on it and you will immediately be asked if you want to run it or save it to disk. Save it to your Seti@Home folder. 😉
