Where to get cheap Verizon phone for existing customer

Hey guys,
I've had verizon since the beginning of the year. Unfortunately I lost my cell phone. Stupidly, I didn't get insurance so I called the company. They told me I wasn't eligible for an upgrade till December and that i'd have to pay full retail for a new phone... I really can't afford another 200 for a phone. Can anybody suggest to me where to get a decent Verizon wireless phone for ~100? I'm not looking for anything fancy. Just something that works and isn't a brick.

err I forgot to mention I really need to pick it up asap. Like tomorrow. So i'd prefer a walk-in store. I live in Jersey. I can go to NY and am gonna be in DC for the week if there are any locations there.
