Where to get a box for my 18-70 lens?

I am about to put my 18-70 lens up for sale, but i realized while digging around last night that since it came w/ my D70 in the kit, it dosent have the standard Nikon box.

Any ideas where i might be able to pick one up?

Any ideas on the best way to ship if i can't find one?

Wrap it in bubble wrap, then wrap it in more. How much are you going to sell it for?

Gonna do $260 shipped USPS Priority to the lower 48 based on the prices i'm seeing on ebay right now.

Good idea on the bubble wrap....

Now all i need to find is a case for my B+W UV Filter so i can sell that too

Yep, its an AMAZING lens....

I would keep it but my 18-200vr needs to be paid off
