Where to find the spring loaded supports for cpu coolers

I have been trying out a new monsoom III Lt assy, and to tell you the truth I think it's crap. Looks are killer, but the performance (from appearance now, remember my 8500 has stuck sensores) will be average or below. It's quiet, illuminated fans (pusj/pull), but the retention assy is pathetic.

I need some help finding the spring loaded kit for lga775 so I con go get myself another ninja.
