I want some nice brand name, reliable hard drive pull out drawers for DMA66+ drives. I only want to spend what's reasonable, say <$25 each. [I know Promise has them for $50] Well, that's my question. Where do I find them?

BTW, I just came back from a medium sized local computer show. All I found was no-name plastic things with tiny fans that blow air mostly on to the back of the plastic, but not the drive. I'm sad to say, that I bought four of these babies for $14 each + tax. I'm a newbie at buying stuff. After I paid the man and walked away. I kicked myself. I'd feel so uncomfortable trusting my hard drive data to these no-name plastic cheapies. Help =)

I searched the net for products falling under the term "Mobile Rack Aluminum"..

I think that I've found a nice one:

The Specs Say:
Kingwin Aluminum Ultra ATA 33/66 Mobile Rack (Model: KF-21-IPF) with Key Lock/ Power Switch/ Fan/ Door. Support up to 10000 RPM HD

It's got not only aluminum on the tray, but on the rack as well.

$30 + tax & shipping from Rhode Island.

Somebody had some for sale, in the FS/T forum pretty cheap. They had them FS over at AGN too. Don't ask me who it was. They were just some of the parts they had on their list.
They were cheaper than $25, I know that.

You could post a WTB ad in the FS/T forum and over at AGN, and flush them out. Use the words "hot swapable drive mounts". That should bring them out.
