Where to find graphicscarddrivers for dell inspiron 5100?

Where do I find some drivers that are newer than 2003-05-22. I'm trying to find it for a friend, whose daughter cant run sims 2 on it.

The specs are Intel P4 2.4 GHz 512 Mb RAM memory

thanks for your help, i'll return and write another reply if the one you linked to doesn't work. Since the laptop is at work I dont have a sims2 so i can test, but the date of the drivers seem odd, this is what i got when I had installed it 2003-07-29, two months earlier then the releasedate you posted

Still doesn't work, uninstalled the game today, didnt work eiter. have this shot, the text is swedish so dont worry if you dont get it 😛

The sims 2 does support the Radeon 7500 GPU. Are you sure the Dell has 32 MB Vram?

from the info in dxdiag i suppose it has, total estimated memory 32.0 MB

I would do the following ...

1) Re install direct X
2) Totally remove and re install the drivers.

Post back if this doesnt help...

Now I'm off work (traineeweek), dont know when I'll have access to her computer again, maybe I'll talk to her next week, regarding my examination work (senior highschool)

I've also tried some Omega drivers, supposed to work with all mobile cards, didnt work then. I'll do what you recommended me to do when I get access to her computer again.
