When I purchased my first house a month and a half ago, I also inherited along with it a total gym setup, a weight bench, and plenty of weights that sat in the garage. Both are in excellent shape, and only used for about a month according to the owner. He didn't feel like moving them, so he told me to keep them.
I'm hoping to start using them, but my problem lies in that I know nothing about working out. I'm sitting at 6'4.5" at around 245 lbs., so I could stand to put on a little muscle and get rid of this flab. I don't know the terminology, what differenct excerises are called or whta they look like, and how often of how many "reps" I should do.
Can anyone help me out with a link to get started on something like this?
