I got a notice in the mail today that I think is say I ran a red light in a city I wasn't even close to on that day. There's no picture from the camera, but for citation starts with RR which I believe is the code for a red light camera. I'd just wait until tomorrow to call them, but that court sucks, like being on hold for 1-2 hours *if* you're lucky enough to not get disconnected while waiting sucks. I won't be able to drive out there anytime soon and want to get this corrected asap. I went to photonotice.com and it's asking me for a city code, my "courtesy notice" has no city code anywhere on it, it doesn't even have my license plate #. The city's Moreno Valley CA. I tried the obvious ones to me MVO, MVR & MV. I also googled and was unable to find a list of city codes. The cities web site doesn't seem to have anything either, unless I'm blind. The site I went to has video footage of all citations so it should be easy for me to prove it wasn't my car. I think it's a nice touch the ticket doesn't mention photonotice.com anywhere lol.
