Where is the cheapest place to get a retail WinXP Pro Update?

And what the hack is DSP? If you look on pricewatch it always says either DSP or OEM.
(And OEM isn't legal as lng as you don't buy any hardware with it ...)

Is it legal?
I want a LEGAL one ... and I know OEM without hardware is illegal.
Is it a new name for OEM?
Is it an OEM Version without box? With box? Only a license?

Go to "software and peripherals" on Dell's site. 10% is automatically figured in when you put the item in your cart. Check the net or PM me for the code for the $25.
Don't know about DSP. This is a retail upgrade.
