Using the SX840 to build a new system and would like to use the designer floppy bay. I can't seem to find any floppy drives without the face plate. I guess I could just take the face off but would rather get a new floppy already that way if possible.

I know that a normal floppy will work. There are two bays available. I will be using one for the front USB from the SY-K7v Dragon Plus and the other for the floppy. I just thought if a faceless floppy was available I might save $1.57 or maybe more. :)

Go to a thrift store, and buy a 486 with a faceless floppy for about $5, and hope it works.
