Where to download MS packages for another computer

Where on windows download can I download a complete install for outlook express for windows 98? my co worker does not have broadband at home but wants to upgrade to the newest version of OE, but it takes hours to download from his house so we want to download and burn it on a cd here at work.

Go download IE6, but in the options choose "complete download / full install" - it should save the files locally.

Cant you just get the latest IE from about any free ISP cd? Earthlink etc.

Or even get it off the free CD-ROMs in the computer magazines.

Heres the skinny.

He has win2k at work, needs to get OE for win98 for home. Now, where can he go download the full blown installation for WINDOWS 98, not Windows 2000.

Now, dont tell me what you think I should do, but please answer my question.
