I want to use the TV out on my video card. However, my Chaintech GT21 (G4 Ti4200) did not come with a VIVO -> S-Video adapter. Anyone know where I can purchase one online?

NVIDIA's products are available in a variety of configurations and packaging. Some may not include the adapters or cables required to connect your NVIDIA-based graphics card with TV-out support to a TV. Some graphics cards are sold as retail packages and include the cables and adapters to connect the NVIDIA-based graphics card to your TV. Retail packages normally feature the logo of the company that manufactured the card on the outside of the box. If you purchased a retail package, check the contents list. If the items listed are not included in the box, contact the retailer where you purchased the graphics card for an exchange.

Some NVIDIA-based graphics cards are packaged as an OEM card and may come in a white box or ship already configured when you purchase a new system. If you purchased an OEM package then we suggest contacting the retailer where you purchased the graphics card for assistance with locating the adapters or cables you require. If your graphics card came configured with your PC, then you may wish to contact the manufacturer of your PC for assistance in locating the cables/adapters you require.

I checked my box and manual and found out that this card does not come with the adapter (dongle). This is strange to me. It comes with a S-video cable...but it can't be used without the adapter.

I'll be sending an e-mail to Chaintech.

Thanks for the help :)

I think your card is bogus. Take it back to where you bought it from.

I have bought GT21 from Newegg before and it came with VIVO cable. (Splitter kinda looking thing)
