Where to buy Vista 64 bit

I'm thinking of getting a copy of Microsoft Windows Vista 64-Bit Home Premium for System Builders Single Pack DVD - OEM for a new machine I'm building. Is there anything I need to be aware of on these OEM installs? Does anyone have a good lead on the most reasonable priced place to order Vista from? I see Newegg has it for $112.

I dont like OEM licenses, they are too restrictive; you should look at the Retail licensing.

And there is always Froogle 😉

Also, if you decide to get retail, remember that you'll need to send away for the 64-bit media unless you're getting Ultimate, so account for that.

Workaround: if you know someone with a 64-bit retail Vista DVD, it'll install your (retail) Home Premium license; the DVD isn't version-specific as far as Ultimate, HP, HB or Business goes.

So what are the restrictions that you don't like with an OEM license?
Namely that I cant move it from one machine to another (I'm already on my 2nd computer @ home since getting my retail license of Vista Ultimate). Another problem for some people is the lack of support.
