Where to buy this case in Ontario?

That looks an awfull lot like an Antec SX1200 series case. I don't know anywhere in Ontario but you can order it online from NCIX in Vancouver.
 
Antec SX1240 is available canadacomputers.com with a 400W P4 psu for CDN 242.

Stores in GTA and Kingston.
 
The cases are made by Chieftec and sold under a number of names. With the Antec branded ones, you get an Antec powersupply and whatever fans Antec puts in them. If it's another name, you get either no powersupply or whatever they decide to throw in and you may get case fans, you may not, all depends on the vendor.
