Where to buy serial cables?

I need several serial cables. I'd prefer the modular ones (rj45 - db25 and rj45 to db9). The last place I ordered some from sent them in pieces. I figured I would put them together myself at some point, but I can't find any working instructions for this shit.

So, where's a good price for this assembled cables?

radio shack? CDW? accessories4less?

What do you need serial cables for? Think about implenting a standardized serial cable infrastructure over cat5. I remember how much of a pain it was trying to come up with every possible serial connection (modem, null-modem, straighthru, rolled, DB9, DB25, etc)

I didn't see any of the modulars on the radio shack site, but I'll go there now to check in person.

I've got 2 sun machines that use 13w3 monitors, and 2 13w3 monitors. Rather than get a connector, I was thinking a serial cable connection might be nicer. And modular cables just seemed like the way to go instead of having big bulky cables. Unfortunately, they didn't come assembled and none of the cabling diagrams worked. :|
