Where to buy reliable iPhone Wall Charger + USB Cable?

I looked on Amazon, most of the reviews say the wall charger doesn't work with the iPhone 4 (charging not supported by this accessory, or just doesn't charge).

Or the USB cable doesn't charge from the PC, only syncs.

So where can I get a charger + USB cable that works like the OEM apple one without paying $20 for it?

The Amazon/eBay listings aren't exactly accurate... I know I need a 5V, 1amp one, but where is a reliable place to get one?

Seriously. How much are you planning on saving over the $20 Apple charger/cable to risk the health of your $200-$650 iPhone?

That being said, I use a Maxell desk charger for one of my iDevices. I only trust it because it is a "brand name" item, not generic (and I got it for free).

I have a half dozen monoprice.com adapters and cables and they work well for iPads and iPhones.
