I would prefer Mosel DIMMs with V54C365804VCT7 chips on (same chips that's on Mushkin Rev.2). I've read great things about these, making 157MHz Cas2-2-2, if you are lucky (although that was the 128MB DIMM vesions, and non-Mushkin).
I will use 'em on my Abit KT7A-RAID (as soon as I get it), and offcourse, I WILL overklock the memory bus as far as it will go with cas2-2-2.
BTW, do you know where to get other (256MB) memory that will make 157+MHz/CL2 besides Mushkin Rev.3 (too expensive)?
