i've never dealt with them online, cause htey're about 10 minutes away from me(they have a store, as well ). Their stuff sometimes is used, but usually isn't(their fans usually are not, but they don't come with connectors(bare wire only)). Other than that, i like htem cause I can pick up various little parts for cheap.
