Where to buy I/O shield?

Where can I buy an I/O shield with the 4 USB and audio ports stacked vertically?
Preferably with low S&H!

The motherboard is an MSI KT4 Ultra.
 
I believe you can contact MSI and get one somehow... I would also suggest making your own template. Its not that hard to get some light aluminum and create the pattern, well, for me at least.
 
Some of the refurb mobo's at Newegg come w/o I/O shields/plates. Is there a place online that these can be purchased other than going back to mobo manufacturer?

I found some on Ebay for ridiculous prices, but for the amount of $$$ they want, screw it.
Anyway, I emailed MSI and got no reply at all.
