Where can I find interior shutters that are affordable and still look good? Hopefully someone can recommend a retailer they have used.

I guess your hopes have been shattered by reality, erwin1978. It's been many hours since you posted this plea for help, and still no one has replied. I'm sure you thought long and hard about posting this, and I'm also sure you spent a while refreshing the page, hoping that you would see a reply. But no reply came. How long ago did you give up? An hour? Two hours? It doesn't matter. All that matters now is the fact that your thread has failed. No one will give you the recommendation you desired. Everyone knows this.

wave the ban stick! please?

i have not seen indoor shutters in a long time, you may want to try a local owned lumber yard or do it best center type place. I would imagine home depot/lowes would have them, but probably not high quality. you could also get outdoor wood shutters and put the appropriate hardware on them to use them inside, this is the route i would probably follow.
