Where to buy cheap, quality dress socks?

I'm looking for 10-13 size dress socks....khaki color. I just returned some Xmas presents and couldn't find a 3 pack less than $14.

These things are made in China. How can they cost that much? There's got to be some kind of online hookup for cheap socks, right?
