Where to buy cheap console replacement parts?

So about a month ago I posted that my Xbox360 stopped reading games. Well instead of paying Microsoft to fix it selling it as scrap I decided to try and fix it myself because I don't really care either way. Now I have determined that I believe it is the DVD lens that is faulty and want to buy the replacement part. I found Yallstore.com which has it for about $19 shipped but I am worried about this site since I don't know if it is a scam or not. I want to stay away from the ebay auctions since it is all out of honk kong and I don't trust an overseas auction. Does anyone know any US based stores that are also reasonably priced?
 
My second 360 is having the same problem. More in some games than in others. SR2 locks all the time and I get a disc read error about 10 min later. This used to be my main unit and has been sent back to MS for RROD 3 times already. I bought a second unit used and it has become my main unit. I also just bought a 3rd for 120 bucks cuz it has HDMI (just bare console) and I plan on gutting the 360 to see if I can fix the DVD drive, if not I will sell it for parts or buy one cheap on ebay. Figure I have one to muck around with. Was gonna force a RROD but hate dealing wth MS and will probably get a worse one back.
