Anyone know where I can get all this from? I'd rather get it all from the same place to save shipping.

Placed my order for an A7M266-D just yesterday (along with a couple of XP1800+ and the heatpipe heatsink)

Newegg seem unable to tell me what revision they are selling. Anyone know?

Does rev 1.05 have the updated south bridge that fixes the usb bug? Which means onboard usb for a7m266-d rev 1.05? Does anyone know?

Got my A7M266-D today from Newegg and it's rev 1.03

Got it installed and now I have no video...no beeps...no boot.... hmm

OH WAIT!

Got video now. Took out the USB 2.0 card from the 64-bit slot and my Promise ATA133 card from the other 64-bit slot (it's supposed to support being in that slot) and now I have boot! GRRR

No keyboard either. this is nuts!

Do yourself a favor and head over to the 2cpu.com forums. They have answers to both of your problems. The keyboard thing is a typo in the manual having to do with hard drive leads or something and the other problem is fixed by setting some jumpers to the OFF position.

Seems there is no 1.05 as of yet. Check out over at 2cpu. So sounds like 1.04 is the latest.

conjur, all kinds of troubleshooting stuff at 2cpu. I've not read them all yet but I hope they'll be able to help you.

Yeah...came across the keyboard/hd led issue up here actually.

All is well but I haven't tried putting the USB 2.0 card back in. That's the only "non-functioning" aspect of the machine at this point.

But, I'll tell ya, those HHC-001 fans are a lot louder than I thought they'd be. Just might have to replace the fans atop those heatpipes.

There's no board revision 1.05. The 1005b is the version number of the BIOS.🙂
