Where to buy a cell phone without service plan?

I just broken my tmobile phone druing new year party...now I need to get a replacemnt.
tmobil don't really have any COOL phone to replace. so I need to find it somewhere else.
does anyone knows where I can get a cell phone without service plan?

pay the ETF and port out to other carrier. cingular and att is your choices. they got nice free phone.

Go AT&T but some places put chips and you have to use theirs, mine has a chip and I can only use ACS.

Since it's a T-Mobile, you have a GSM phone.

Go to eBay & buy a T-Mobile phone, or an unlocked GSM phone, & put your SIM card in it, should work fine.
