Where to buy 4 pin -> 3 pin cables?

Do they even make these? I got a Digital Doc recently and need to be able to connect my current case fans to it but they only have molex connectors. Will I manually have to adapt them somehow or can I just grab em cheap off a webstore or something? Any help is appreciated, especially links.

Yup, I think that looks like what i need. Is that what I should expect to pay everywhere? It seems kind of expensive for such a small thing, or is it because it's such a specialty item?

I'm not sure which end you want to be male/female. These are well-priced if they're in the right direction.

I guess I was sort of vague describing what I need. It has to be connecting a molex fan to a 3 pin connection, so 4 pin male -> 3 pin female (the opposite of the last 2 links, but matching the first one) I'd just like to find a cheaper option, cuz if they're 5 bucks per cable, I might as well replace the fans with 3 pin ones and put the 4 pins in my g/fs case or something. Trying to do this economically.

Heh.. I'm in the same situation and someone here showed me the light. I just haven't had a chance to order them yet.

This is what you need from 2cooltek.

The other suggestions are for the wrong way. We need an adapter that turns your 4 pin fan into a 3 pin fan, so you can hook it up to the Digital Doc 5. The other adapter is for turning a 3 pin fan into a 4 pin fan. It is much more common to go the other way than what we need.

BTW.. $2 each is a heck of a lot better than $4.50 each. I have 4 case fans and that would be expensive if I had to buy 4 adapters at nearly $5 each.

Anyway.. Hope this helps.
