where the heck do you buy coin rolls?

I looked at Target, Rite-Aid, and Dollar Tree, and couldn't find coin rolls anywhere. Has CoinStar bought off every store to not carry them anymore, or is there a super-secret store where I can still buy them?

Do banks sell them? I so rarely go in to any physical branches that I don't know the answer.

The bank I worked would give them away for free, and would roll them for you at the main branch.

Yup. You had to have an account though. All the churches who raised money during vacation bible school would bring their money to be rolled.
