Where should i put my fans/air flow?

I am getting in 4 fans around friday, they are 80mm SVC brand fans, should i go 2 in front by hd and 2 in back? and if i do that do i want all exaust or 3 and 1 2 and 2 and so on, please help me.

yep I got a 120mm Panaflo Med in the front and a Panaflo Med in the back ... along with 80mm Panaflo Ultra on the CPU...

General rule: Front and side fans blow in. Back and top fans blow out.

Two in front blowing in and two in back blowing out is fine. If you have holes for top or side fans, I would move one fan from the front and then one from the back (to the side and then to the top) to further distribute the air flow.
