Where should I go to get spyware and other computer-tranquilizers to slow some computers?

Looking to send some Nigerian Scammers to sites and have them download stuff in an attempt to waste their time and injure their fraud operations. (PM's might be a better idea so that someone doesn't click a link that might prove annoying by accident here)

1. They send an email asking to buy something and send your fraud money orders that will clear but then be found fake weeks later. (from the headers you see they are indeed in Nigeria using a scam-ring run computer)
2. You reply asking them to visit ____.com and download _____program (Bonzibuddy for example) saying that it is essential they they run it so that your business' "special database" can work properly to ship them their laptops, TVs, etc...
3. They are annoyed by pop-ups and such, lacking the intelligence to remove them.
4. They get pissed and send broken english emails back
5. Profit

I think your heart is in the right place, you are just misguided.
What if they used a trojan to access some little old ladies computer?
