IHOP is the best. I wish there was one here. :(

Ditto

I?ve been hearing a rumor for a while that one will be built here.

I suspect whoever is building it is waiting for Wal-Mart to commit to a site on the west side.

Really? Is walmart moving? New supercenter, I take it?

Yes.

They were going to build one on the old Mather's Gun Club property (by the I72 and IL 4 interchange), but they ran into enviromental problems (lead: Who could have guessed?). Now they are trying for some property by the Wabash Rd exit.

The existing store will close when the new one opens. I suspect that the IHOP would be on a outlot of the Supercenter property.

Cool!

Hey, I keep seeing this place called Sgt Pepper's on Wabash and it's always slammed. Is it really good?

You know, I have never actually been in there.

Which reminds me, we should grab lunch again sometime.

Let's try that Sgt Pepper's place. Sound like a plan?

Cool. PM me with a time and day. I am flexible outside of Mondays.

Alright. I'm off to the gym now, but I'll figure something out when I get back.

I think the franchise is taking off again. They just built a new one close to where I live. It is ALWAYS packed too.

IHOP is my favorite place to go when I don't cook it myself. I wish there were more of them in the Milwaukee area. Perkins, George Webbs, Denny's, etc all make me feel ill after eating there.

Dennys > Waffle House > IHOP

almost a tie between denny's and WH, but dennys wins because you can order something besides breakfast, even at 2 or 3 in the morning, and has a pretty good price if you take advantage of their specials, not to mention they are pretty much everywhere.
