I hate Cracker Barrel...everytime i go there, something bad happens.

Found out my grandma had cancer when we ate there.
Got into a car accident leaving there.
They mess up my food all the time.

DONT GO I WANT A GOOD DAY!!!

Yum, I'm pan-frying a ribeye for dinner tonight. McCormick Montreal seasoning FTW.

cast iron pan. put in oven for 15 minutes at 500*. Remove to stove top. Throw in steak. Sear both sides for a few minutes, plate.

Salt a cast-iron pan with sea salt. Pour in about a 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil (nice and smoky when it gets hot). Heat on medium-high. Pre-heat oven to 450.

When the oil starts to smoke, put steak in. Sear for about a minute, then flip. After a minute, put the pan in the oven for about 5 min. each side. You'll get a nice crust on the edges and a beautiful medium in the middle.
