Where should I be able to get a A64 2800+ with overclocking?

I know overclocking is guaranteed but I wanted to see where people have been getting theirs without some crazy exotic cooling. Is is feasible to get it up to 250 FSB? The reason I ask is I have a mobo with no AGP lock and I am thinking of upgrading to a motherboard with an agp lock. I have pc-4000 which would be able to handle it.

What stepping is the CPU?

Old stepping 2800+ did 2GHz fairly easily, 2.2GHz with some voltage. Newer stepping 2800+ can hit 2.4GHz and higher with voltage.

mine gets 250FSB(HTT) 2.25ghz at stock voltage , stock hsf with K8N Neo Platinum that has workingt AGP and PCI locks
