but...but...actually, it would last quite long as I don't use that much of the stuff. I'm not looking to bulk at al...I'm 159lb right now and hope to be around 155 in a few weeks. 5'11". Granted, I don't know what would happen if I took it twice a day, as I've never done that before. Just 2 scoops after a session and that's it 😛

What do you mean "you don't know what would happen"? Two scoops of whey is ~240 calories. If you took 2 more scoops, you would be taking in about 240 more calories per day. Whey protein isn't some magical substance or anything.

really!? damn, that means the guy at GNC lied to me.

Anyway, I mainly use it since my current diet doesn't have enough consistent protein...I just meant that I don't know if another usage per day would show up in gained weight.

Stuff from DPSnutrition came, cytosport whey. I expected a 10lb bag but was pleased to see it in a useable tub with a long-handled scoop. The stuff tastes truly phenomenal and since it shipped out quickly and was a great price, this will be my go-to for protein from here on.

I just wanted to say that I ordered from Vitaglo last Wednesday because they had good prices, and that I wanted to say I will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered last Wednesday and it shipped out this past Wednesday and arrived today. It took 10 days from my order time for me to get the item from NY to MD. that is just unnaceptable.

Thanks for the input. 7 days to ship something is slow, I accept that only from Amazon when I do the free super-saver shipping, otherwise I expect a place to ship within 48 hours. Really, though, given how good my single experience with DPS has been, I will not bother looking elsewhere for whey again; I will go there first, order, and that's it.

The cytosport chocolate is so freaking good that more than once I've simply mixed extra glasses of it with milk to have as a treat-fix, it's like candy.

Sorry about your experience. I have ordered from them many times and it takes about a week to get from NY to TX.

That said, they are now charging ~$65 shipped for 10 lbs. of ON gold standard. I think I'm going to cut down the amount of protein in my diet and replace it with carbs. Whey is just getting too expensive, and I think I can get by fine with less protein, considering it was already making up 40% of my daily caloric intake, which worked out to 410 grams or so.

I'm sorry I missed this thread the first time around.

Vitaglo's customer service sucks balls. The last time I ordered from them, they sent me an incorrect item that I had absolutely no use for and they never responded to my emails or a phone message I left. Easypricematch.com has excellent customer service and shipping time and will beat any competitor's price (shipping included) by 5%. I use Vitaglo to pricematch and order my ON Whey from Easypricematch.com.
