Where online can I find cumulative rainfall figures?

Having canceled my paper (SF Chronicle) I don't have a source. I found a couple online:

But they are very limited and I don't trust them. For instance, they both have a listing for Oakland Airport, but the yearly average it has is 17.50 but the SF Chronicle gives 22.50 for Oakland. The disparity isn't likely.

This. NOAA is about as trust worthy as there is and that's where most all other places get their data. The newspaper probably just has a bucket outside the station to measure.

www.wunderground.com is pretty good,though their layout is a bit confusing.
