Where is this located?

Saw this pic on Facebook and did a Google image search and it seems that this might be in The Philippines, but the trees don't make sense. Anyone else have an idea?

Seeing the narrow roads with very little or no shoulder and lots of green, I would guess Ireland.

I don't think they would have those trees. Probably mostly palm trees. And I also read this might be on an island.

Doesn't look like Ireland. My guess would be alpine. Maybe Austria or Switzerland?

It's tropical or subtropical (there's a palm tree visible in the larger version). More likely in India, Africa, or an island. There are a lot of places that look like that, though. Wouldn't surprise me in the least if it's in the Philippines.

Definitely looks like some kind of palm. Could this be in Vietnam? The narrow road makes me think of a country that uses small conveyances such as motorcycles or bikes.
