Where is this and what is the name?

I know you guys are very good at this kind of task, so help me figure this one out.

I found this picture and I like the old style architecture, where is it located and what kind of building is it?

I think it's German, if it is, it's probably in Köln. I think the style is Gothic or something around that timeframe.. It's a church .

Left and center on the picture, appears to be stone or brick.

If I had to guess I'd say back east somewhere, Boston maybe.

It probably is gothic, but my first suspicion was that it was probably somewhere in the Northeastern US, but there is no way to prove that.

That building looks new. Maybe it's the angle of the pic and/or the coloration, but it looks like very recent construction.

I'll take a stab in the dark and say it's the Ricenfluffourer Church in Cologne, GE.
