Where is the script that starts programs in KDE?

I have a program starting in KDE from a saved session that I don't want to start when I login. Where the heck is the script that starts this? This is with KDE 3 on SuSE 8.0. This is driving me nuts. I tried closing it and saving the session but it restarts anyway.
