I think its that rectangular chip in the corner next to the 24-pin and 4-pin power slots, but I cant remember. Under load, it reaches about 45C and the system speaker starts going crazy. I remember seeing someone put a little heatsink on theirs to help with the heat. I have some space heat sinks but just want to make sure I have the right chip before I put it on. Thanks.
