Where is the PWM fan plug?

ok so i rearanged some fans and i dont know where the pwm fan plug is. i cant plug the fan into a regular fan plug on the mobo because at 12v the fan is so loud and rattles on my case. does anyone know where the pwm fan is?

Most connectors are white like CPU and power connectors but have four pins on them.

how do i know which one is the one controlled by the pwm

Not sure what you're asking for but as far as mobo headers I think it's fan2, between ram & rear of board.
