I take it you guys have never heard of male fisting (Men put their hands up their asses for pleasure, sometimes up to their elbows). Me, too. Although part of me wanted to douse a sponge with habanero sauce and give it a quick swabbing.:Q
 
Not to mention you can clearly see scar tissue around the anus, meaning that it has been stretched again and again over a long time.
