Where is the missing MB?

Hello all, when I pull up AIDA32, with all the latest drivers and what-not, and check my memory bank, it says I have 511 MB? I disabled the on-board audio from the BIOS, where could the other MB be allocated? To the NIC perhaps? I have an ASUS a7n8X-X motherboard.

maybe its just a rounding error and its definition of "bytes" whether 1KB either equals 1,000 bytes or the actual 1024 bytes. windows tends to use one definition while hardware vendors use the other.
