Where is the Hibernation option in XP pro?

When I go to shutdown the only options are Standby Restart and Shutdown. I have enabled hibernation mode in power options. I have enough ram. If I set the machine to go into hibernation mode after a certain amount of time in power settings it does and wakes up fine. In the booklet MS gave me at the xp launch it says there should be a hibernation option on shutdown. Does anyone get that option?
 
Press the Shift key at the Standby/Restart/Shutdown screen, and watch as the Standby option changes to a Hibernate option!
