where is the 1&1 24/7 tech support number?!

rrrrg! it's so fsckin annoying when they advertise 24/7 phone support and then try to HIDE the number from you. I need to call because my account for some reason suddenly says "locked" on it and isn't allowing emails to get through on my domains.

Anybody know the number?

I looked for it but I it doesn't show up under their contact info. It states "customers with paid packages may call our
24/7 Supportline" which I don't have.

I just have the free preview.

Just searched around for about 15 minutes but came up with nothing, just the standard message from their site.

1&1?s Technical Support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can be reached by phone and e-mail.

From your Control Panel
Log in to the 1&1 Control Panel , select your contract and click "Help & Contact" to locate our support team Contact Form as well as the phone number for our toll-free support line.

As RossMAN would say: thats what you deserve for choosing 1and1.

Sad but true.

I know it's free for 3 years but it still sucks.

I've never had a problem nor would I really expect free 24/7 phone support for something I got free anyway. 😛 😀
