where is kernel.dll for Macromedia products are suppose to be????

OK... i just install freehand and flash... on my comp... and when ever i open the software... an error occurs and says kernel.dll can't be link or found... can anyone check for me where is this file suppose to be at and send a copy for me??? pretty please.... thank you... 🙂
