Cuz the bitch is crazy and would probably try to bite you or claw your eyes out, and aside from annoying everyone she isn't hurting anyone. So you can escalate the situation by telling her to STFU and start a serious altercation, or keep your head down and laugh, get off at your stop and go about your day. If she started beating up the grannie, you can step in, otherwise it aint worth my time. This is a daily occurrence on subways and buses.
