Where in group policy can I go to hide some of the items in "system tools" ?? Can't seem to find it...

There's items like backup, disk defrag, disk cleanup, and schedule task that I do not wish employees to see and have access to. I can't seem to find the exact location of the policy that allows me to configure this. Does anybody here know? If so, please point me in the right direction, thx
