Where/How can I learn to do a proper IV injection?

I can help you on how to setup a IV line
Wrap tourniquet, find vien, insert needle at 45degree. Once you're in the vien you'll feel it. Pull cap off to make sure blood is flowing into needle. Pull out needle part way, push IV in all the way, pull needle out. Secure with tape and gauze. Or something like that, anyone care to critique?
