I could understand a sheer bolt (one designed to snap under a certain amount of sheer forces, resulting in destruction of the bolt, rather than more expensive parts...
 
Google the internet and learn how to make your own. Buy a thick bolt and hollow it out, stuff it with some home made explosives, add a blasting cap, and voila! Explosive bolt.
