I get them from fish and flax seeds, seriously. If I'm buying supplements though I usually just get them from Whole Foods when I'm there.

First you have to exit from the Kvatch castle, take a westward turn, enter the cave populated with vampires, slay them all and in the end, open the chest...

Oh wait, this ain't Oblivion...

I like the products that 1fast400 sells, I buy the optimum nutrition of now foods branded flax and fish oil. They ship really quickly and prices are really fair.

Fish Oil is not a supp you should buy from the supplement store or online when you can buy it at the grocery store for $5.

I buy all my supplements at The Vitamin Shoppe. They rule, and have pretty much everything you can think of.

Walmart has the cheapest fish oil I've seen. The stuff claims to be free of PCBs and mercury, but who knows.

The fat from flax seeds is mostly a waste of time, especially for males. It can't be absorbed properly, and this is why fish oil is the preferred source of Omega 3s. I can't expound on this, but there is ample on the net about it should one be so interested to search.

If they get flax oil by crushing flax seeds, where do they get baby oil from?
