Vender?
Manufacturer of part and model?

Need to buy 4-512mb (2GB of low density) PC-800 non-ECC modules that are 100% stable @ 133mhz

No one that I know of sells PC-800 RDRAM that's guaranteed to work at 133mhz but all the sticks of Corsair RDRAM I have will works at 133mhz with the RDRAM multiplier set to 4x in my P4T-E.

If you look at the cpu/overclocking forum, lots of poeple said Samsung PC800 RDRam is a good way to get to 1066Mhz, they seem to max at around the low 1100s.

Since you're looking for 512MB sticks, you may have a tougher time doing so. However, people here have recently posted that they have gotten high density 256MB sticks to 1066Mhz (which I am assuming they use in 512MB sticks).

Googlegear.com sells Samsung 512 sticks of rambus for $200+, 256 sticks for around $80. I recently ordered a pair of 16 device (low density) 256 sticks myself.

But then you must know that nothing is a garuntee.

I wouldnt hestitate with googlegear.com at all, they have top marks at bizrate.com.
I ordered stuff Sunday evening and they shipped Monday afternoon.

Oh btw, you might wanna consider getting them soon, Samsung and Hynix are gonna increase DRAM prices 40-60% this year <press release>.
