where does firefox store the bookmarks?

I've got a broken windows partition here and I'd like to recover the bookmarks from wherever they're stored, not making a backup from a working windows/firefox, any help?

You can also manually choose where to backup the bookmarks file by going to the bookmarks menu and then going to "organize bookmarks." Choose Import/Backup and then save it where ya want. You can export it as an html file as well.
